Mail in ballots received after election day (except from armed forces) should simply NOT BE COUNTED!
There is PLENTY OF TIME! There is early voting enough to demonstrate that late voting is not needed!! Any voter has opportunity to cast a ballot early and especially ON ELECTION DAY!
