The Constitution did not give the power for one judge to overrule the President and the Congress. On every and any decision.
Judges are like the embedded federal employees -- able to overturn decisions they don't like, which are the law by the President and Congress as legally DICTATED!
And this is "democracy"?? It certainly is not a Federal Republic.
Dems have used the courts for decades, to get what they want, that even a feckless Congress would not approve!
