I used to live in Festus. It was a nice small town until about 1992 and then they got greedy. I didn't think those people would ever see the light. They voted for tax increase after tax increase. I've been gone now for years but when I saw them rising up over this and voting out 4 council people at once, I grabbed my popcorn. I hate the people that ran that place into the small shitty city it is now.🍿🤣
