i remember after i had my surgery (bone replacement of my shoulder) in high school, one asked me what would happen if he punched me in it. (Freshly out of surgery, in a sling, just got back into school) and I said "I don't know, probably cry?" (big mistake) and the dude punched me right in the shoulder. Never show or display any weakness in front of them.

Same instructions given for encounter with a dangerous animal if it's a mammal. So sad.
