I’m going to say it has something to do with computer nerds. This is a very precise bitmap layout for the numbers.
Each one of the dots is precisely coordinated, at night I presume. So someone connected some device at this location to get those coordinates.
Or was it done with an agricultural drone? If so, that triggers terrorism charges, as this area is surely a no fly zone.
I assume law enforcement have already started to look at that.
