Anyone else having issues lately?

I seem to be having issues with the sort, search and post functions on some devices...

Mainly since the little white outlines started showing up when you click on t by e functions.

Most stuff i c see but arrow never became a finger like links were dead or something but save worked. I guess i should go delete that stuff?
