Even before GEOTUS put a single foot in that escalator. This has the hallmarks of a Shield vs Hydra post WWII scenario. Cold War never ended. Operation paper clip is coming to an end. The entire IS intelligence apparatus set up 1947 was not for the wellbeing of this nation.
