Our Constitutional Republic is the same today as it was in 1776 at birth. What changed is the widespread ignorance today in regards to the principles upon which the Republic was established, the ignorance in regards to the limits of delegated power granted to government, and a general lack of understanding that the Constitution is absolute. If it is not enumerated it is not delegated.
We need a return to that understanding because a government operating on usurped power is a power being utilized without a right.
Government serves people, not the other way around. The Constitution didn't change, the people did.
