If a potential juror says he/she couldn’t convict a “brother”, that juror is showing racial bias and must be excluded. Likewise if any potential juror says that they wouldn’t convict due to age, that oerson must be excluded. Stop looking at it as a racial issue or a child’s age, look at the crime. If you are old enough to carry a gun, knife, drive a car then you are old enough to be tried for your crime.
