The Supreme Court declined to help a 98-year-old judge facing seemingly unlawful efforts to suspend her from the federal bench on Monday.

I agree, 98 is a great age, but I dont think it is appropriate for a person to be a working judge behind the bench deciding a person's fate at 98, maybe on a legal panel or the Bar Assn. would be better use of her experience. Just my opinion of course!
