Not really weird. Barack Obama was not born until 1961. Depending on the exact date of when Obama Sr. wrote his application and when Obama Jr. was born (Aug 4), Obama Jr. may not yet have been born. Or Obama Sr. had put all that far behind him and it never crossed his mind to make an issue of it. Does anyone here think that Obama Sr. was obsessive about filling out government forms, or that he rated fatherhood very high in his scheme of priorities?
