Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko claimed that a peace agreement between Moscow and Kiev was nearly reached in early 2022 when Russian forces were near the Ukrainian capital, but the deal was derailed because Vladimir Putin was deceived by "certain politicians and forces" into withdrawing troops. He specifically alleged that the Vatican, Israel, and a "Jewish lobby" falsely represented President Zelensky's willingness to negotiate peace, leading Putin to believe a settlement was genuine when, in Lukashenko's view, Ukraine was on the verge of defeat and the conflict could have ended quickly with a Russian victory.
Boris Johnson was also involved in this, it is rumoured that he is of jewish descent.
Without Russia withdrawing, the war would have ended more quickly and Ukraine would not be cleared of its inhabitants.

Yes. Well this is RT, so it leads to questions of timing. Why now? What activated Lukashenko's almonds all of a sudden.
BTW - Belarussians took a massive loss during WW2, but also during the Russian civil war, which was a globalist trick (remember White vs. Red - the 'white' ones were Belarussian (Bela = white). So I guess what I am saying is that their government would be extra paranoid during the last century, because they have been invaded and killed by Russophobes multiple times. What I am saying is that their 'tentacles' will be well developed. They would be aware of other agencies, and may even have contacts all over the world. Furthermore, there was an underground Dniepr/Black Sea escape route for White Russians into Turkeye during the civil war, and many settled in the ME. hence the Russian protective stance in Syria, but there are thousands of years of orthodox history in the ME, so even if taking a religious stance, it explains Russians in Syria.
By contrast: Fiddler on the roof is Ukrainian, and wonderfully, the USA was the New World. I met many of them at university. long Island is full of them. Lovely, talented, cultured people. They introduced themselves as "My parents were Russian Jews, we are Americans."

So Lukashenko may be showing off that he has 'contacts' as the article makes out, but I am thinking at 30 000 feet - why now? wh0 whispered in his ear, with this 'new' information? He could have talked about something else, surely? even the authors are confused, because they thought it was Boris Johnson and NATO, wasn't it?
We as a global population, are at a critical stage in negotiations to stop the global economy crashing. So, there is, shall we say, a heightened atmosphere.
