"Apocalypse" is generally used colloquially to mean "the end of the world" (with "destructive" connotations). I suggest it's real meaning is exactly that, except that "lifting the veil" would be the end of Cabal's world, and the destruction of their control systems. The reason it is used as something bad is because it is, from the perspective of the Rulers of the world.
It's great for everyone else.
These inversions are all over the place in usage (not accidentally). They are inverted to help ensure that people don't understand what is really going on.
Anarchy is a similar inverted word. It doesn't mean no government or laws (in the sense that these words can be very useful as guidelines for Sovereigns), it just means no Ruler (AKA We are All Sovereign). That's all it means. But a world without a Ruler would be either amazing or devastating, depending on your perspective (We The People v. the PTB).
