Bring a bunch of citizens from heavily censored heavily propagandized countries into America to experience the culture and the people first hand, show them their way of living is shit compared to America, and then send them back to tell their friends about the truth that we aren’t this warmongering, high browed society they want to portray us as?

Yeah, but do they hit anything? How can you fire that much with so little results? I am not in favor of shooting people willy nilly, but I think at some point one has to think "Hey, when did I last have an eye exam?" or perhaps "Hey maybe I should consider one of the trades".
I don't know. I've heard of it happening at other gang related shoot outs. Maybe they're not actually trying to hit each other subconsciously? Maybe it's because they tend to hold guns sideways? Any job would do! They sound unemployed...
So it might be a lot of bravado and posing rather than say country boys that actually hunt.
