What's the evidence for the algae dumping and fertilizer dumping claims?
Is there any actual evidence to support these claims? Any credible evidence showing actual people doing this?
Because as far as I can tell, none of those protestors are being accused of doing anything illegal by the law enforcement working on it. Looks like they're just plain ol' protestors.
But yes, if any of them have any actual, real, credible evidence against them, that's vandalism. Which has nothing to do with the Free Speech discussion above. Two separate things. Protesting is not evidence of vandalism.
