I didn't know that - but I have read our soldiers and sailors are guinea pigs for science and medical experiments. The DoD has bloody hands.
I thought they used hydroxychloroquine for malaria, same as can be used for covid along with ivermectin.
As u/RaggedyBritches pointed out, our soldiers are frequently used as guinea pigs to test new drugs.
