AI still has too many flaws. I talked with an AI customer rep this week that could not identify the situation I was describing. The human customer service rep that I demanded to speak to, who was not from India/Pakistan BTW, got me what I wanted in less than 5 minutes.
Lol, we can most definitely explain how AI works. Sheesh. Some of the shit I see out there.

It is not conscious. It is not alive. It's a really fast search engine using a structured reporting system on top of very large databanks that can connect the data in every direction possible.
