Well DHS and the mil were on twitter 2014 ish iirc look for underground facilities to train in and the vast number of troops did train for underground warfare. We blow up dumbs. Any eqs with no pre/post cursor activity? Check the eq map. Never know with POTUS kek
1/2 a billion budget and an incredible number of earthquakes at 10 kilometers over the last 10 years...the bigger ones may well haave been the very worst dumbs that required sterilization.
