Wouldn't be shocked. There were recent news weeks ago of UFOs in Paraná state. Brazil have its history with these kind of odd encounters. Varginha-related stories; An football match in 1982 that many stated in seeing a UFO during the game, just to name a few. What's your opinion? because i'm open to suggestions.
It would t matter if they did, The U.S. definitely has one. Besides, Project Bluebeam is about fooling the whole world, not just Americans.
