Having said that, it is ALSO a political hustle. These things are not mutually exclusive. On the contrary, they are intimately tied to the control mechanism and to enact the Cabal End Game.
That's a problem with so many "exposures." An investigator figures out one small part of the larger scope of things, even if they are large and important, and the investigator thinks, "That must be the most important part."
I used to do things like that all the time. We (humans, by nature and by training) need for things to be not completely controlled.
