These writers and talking heads are all assuming that to be MAGA means that one is a Republican.

I've been out of the Republican Party for well over 20 years now, yet I identify as broadly MAGA. I do have some ideals that more closely follow the classic Liberal side, but for the most part, I am Conservative minded. But I consider myself to be truly independent of any organized political party.

It's my belief that most of America is more Independent than either Republican or Democrat. Most people straddly that middle line with beliefs and ideals on both sides of the political spectrum. A "political grey man," if you will.

This is why modern politics, as it's practiced today, is dead. It's way too devisive, causing people to leave either party in droves just wanting to be left alone to live their lives quietly and peacefully.
