Unfortunately, since their terrorist activities are in NJ they have a bit of immunity to operate. The trial level Federal District Court System in NJ is overwhelmingly liberal. Trump's administration has already been at war with the Federal judges in NJ more than once. There was a fight over his pick for US Attorney Alina Habba. The Senate did not confirm Trump's pick at which time the NJ judges by law could appoint someone else. That set off an executive/judicial battle which Trump ultimately lost. Even though the Appellate Level has a slim conservative majority, the Appeals court upheld the lower courts decision over Trump's appointment. It was finally resolved with another pick by Trump to fill the US Attorney vacancy.

So, given the judicial climate in NJ it is not likely that any Federal prosecutions will either be executed or ruled on favorable to the administration. That is why the Texas case was important to set precedence. The Federal judicial situation in Texas is just the opposite of NJ. It is sad that we are forced to justice shop in order to move the needle on anything good for the country. Like the video stated - these people are everywhere.
