President Trump says our economy is gonna boom. I believe him, so we will be building new prisons to house all of the criminals. Force the new "tenants" to help build the facilities for a little bit of reduction in their sentence. If need be, put up some electrified barbed wire and let them sleep on cots under the night sky until the prison is completed as far as I care.
