Yes, you can buy a "Trump Mobile" phone (known as the T1 Phone) and bring it to T-Mobile for activation.However, before it will work on the network, the device must be completely unlocked from any initial carrier restrictions. Because Trump Mobile operates by leasing service from major networks (including T-Mobile), the hardware itself is fully capable of running on T-Mobile towers, provided it is paid off and released from any lock status.

Just giving a shout out to Patriot Mobile. They cover AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. My bill is like $50- $60 a month. Plus, if you pay for the entire year, they give you two months free. Also, they don't have a woke agenda.
