But if a law can't be drafted and FOLLOWED that specifies that any political party or other movement which encourages violating the Constitutional rights of Americans is ILLEGAL and its members and supporters are subject to fines and/or prison and/or deportation, then the Constitution doesn't mean very much.
To me, such a law isn't any different than a law against theft (which is the core of Communism), rape, or any other genuine crime.
