Gleefully fantasizing about people who you don't like killing themselves -- and this when you're in a profession that's supposed to be caring for vulnerable people -- is behavior that shouldn't be accepted, tolerated or excused as mere youthful indiscretion. She's not a preteen with battle fantasy videos floating around her head; she's a young adult entrusted to care for sick, sometimes elderly, injured, suffering individuals as her profession. Given ten patients to care for in her shift, what do you think this ersatz "nurse" would do if she found out Mr Jones in Room #102 is a die-hard MAGA patriot? I'm thinking psycho nurse here would be giggling in the break room while leaving Mr Jones with substandard care.
