He was corrupt before he was a Senator, but once he hit DC, he upped his game significantly.

BTW, Haitians are overrunning Springfield OH but there are tons of them in Columbus OH...about 30,000. That, in addition to tens of thousands of Somolians. My assistant is black and from Columbus. She said blacks in Columbus HATE both Somolis and Haitians.
