We have to start learning how to minister to the Mohammedans. There’s videos on it.
It’s that or deport them, … or a few other options nobody should want … and so far, nobody is deporting them…
It might also help to start learning the reasoning that’s causing people to reject Christianity, rather than just complaining that they aren’t.
One big reason is because a lot of us have been taking seminary doctrine, and that stuff ain’t what’s in the Bible, and it and assimilating to The World have both filtered down to our lifestyles.
(I certainly don’t have it all fixed, myself, either)
I had a really insightful conversation with an exchange student from Pakistan when I was in Boy Scouts. Islamists believe in Jesus and they don't deny that he preformed miracles and was crucified but only regard him as a prophet. They also believe that God is singular and to claim that anyone else shares his power or is also God is blasphemous.
It's really eye opening when you realize the rift between all 3 major religions is what they do with Jesus. Personally, I'm sticking with the dead guy that got back up 👊🏻😎✝️
At some point I’ll put together a list of some good videos on the subject, I’m just not fully comfy with posting it here rather than /Christianity as it’s really more pure theological, but Raymond Ibrahim does some good work on the Islam side. I try to work on the Jewish reconciliation, which I understand comes off a certain way to a lot of people here, but if the three can be reconciled through Satan’s lie-bounded passage between Scylla and Charybdis…
It seeems all three are close in their own ways, and in error in others. If I had to give it a shot at summing up on what seems to be lacking…
Judaism: Grace, Mercy, and Forgiveness leading to excessive forms of Fear (and lacking sanity and righteousness in Reform), “being a light to the nations”
Christianity: Some forms of Lawfulness, Prophetic Understanding and Walk, Reasoning
Dunno how accurate that take is, but I eat crayons. It’s just my best shot.

Very accurate!
