Just a thought: Might you be able to copy an X link, modify it in another app (ex. create a draft text, a note, or something in Word or Excel), then copy the revised url and paste it into your browser?
So if the ballots received after election day must be post marked by election day, does this negate all the ballots received from ballot drop off boxes or 'safe' houses after election day since they will not have a post mark?
