If a female wants a female doctor for those things who cares? Get a female doctor then buuuuut I live in the US where that is an option (usually). I worked in emergency care and in that situation those options don't exist, especially in rural areas. You get what you get or you die. On that note, nobody in the field gives two flying shits what your race or gender is, it's all the same mission when we're called upon.
