PREMISE1: all former active military can likely be recalled and then placed under UCMJ for serious crimes.

But by WHAT MECHANISM are civilians apparently getting tribunal'ed and "sentenced to death". -Key question of anon community

There appear to be 2 separate mechanisms: 1. For former military engaged in treason, and 2. For civilians engaged in treason.

PREMISE2: "Cancer" is being used as cover for something else. EXHIBIT1: Former active duty military NONAME's "brain cancer".

This appears to be the case since the very first public official "tribunal and execution" I have found that fits the pattern (1959): CIC Eisenhower apparently signed death warrant for John Dulles (treason) who died 24MAY1959, publicly from "colon cancer" (forced to resign 22APR1959). 4 others besides NONAME fit the pattern (so far).

an enlisted person cannot be recalled after their enlistment period has expired, where as a commissioned officer can be recalled at any time. especially a retired commissioned officer. not sure about what the deal would be for a retired enlisted person.....
