Is anyone aware of post vax mental changes?

I was approached by a friend who is concerned for her spouse. There have been changes in his ability to process information and his attitude. He was vaccinated years ago. I'm just checking to see if anyone else has had similar experiences with acquaintances.

I have also heard of many people who have reported an inability to connect with God (non-Christians might use the term "higher being or Universe"). Many divorces have happened because people have just changed personality wise from the shots.
