There is only one way this fraud works. "One way" I say. Prove me wrong.
What is that one way? Answer: It is allowed.
Question: How is it allowed? Well, easy... no oversight. No enforcement. No questions. No investigations. No problem.
But then comes innocent Nick Shirley. And this time, (Load applause) he brings the top guy, Dr. Oz. You can see the panic.
NGOs were birthed from some brilliant legal minds. It is, by design, made easy to steal. Just like Illhan Omar's bill that she passed to enable the fraud. How? No oversight. No enforcement. No investigations.
Now, back to the one way... "Allowed". Question: Allowed by whom?
Here is the real zenith. The politicians put cronies in place to do nothing. THose responsible for checking on these businesses do what they are told... and they are instructed to ignore the warning signs and do nothing. The politicians get the overcharges laundered back to their elections campaigns +++ and essentially guarantee themselves a huge voting block.
I lived in China. The way China runs the business community is out of fear. Cooperate and keep you mouth shut or they will bring in the enforcers who will harm you. Everyone knows that. It is a very eloquent design. For the most part it is designed to be legal... until it became so easy they started abusing the legal loopholes... that is where Nick enters the picture. He is asking the right questions. THe answers can't be spoken.
As an American, I have had enough of this. I love the Asian communities. They are not the problem. THey come from social structures where they are trained from birth to be compliant to those who have the power. A perfect storm.
As an American, I ask one question. Who are the powerbrokers involved (and hidden from sight) that enabled and then allowed this fraud. Who are the real beneficiaries. Find them and hang them from a day care lamp post!
We have a serious problem and the time has arrived to solve it. All it took was one Nick Shirley. He is today's modest hero.
Here, hold my beer! I need to throw up! I think I am going to be sick. Wait! I am sick. I am sick of the bullshit. Anybody else feel the same way?
