Reference to the MV Touska puts this briefing in April of this year. Why is it being posted under the caption "(16 hours ago) Live"?

Exactly. It’s an India English language channel. I assume it’s just a clickbait channel. They have multiple Trump videos all labeled as “live”. Sad it gets any attention here.
