A trap for young players
Seems Graham was turned early, or at least pretended to be, well enough to preserve himself this long, because a lot of what he was supposed to do, billed as action by Q, amounted to "strongly worded letters" after weeks of delay.
If I'm charitable, he played people-pleaser so was really a product of the forces acting on him. If he got pressure from No Name he would go along with his schemes, if he found himself under military investigation he would pretend to be shocked about it, but seems to have been involved in throwing No Name under the bus.
The other thing I searched was Jul 11 - little cluster, theme, Epstein type stuff, no hit for him there.
