Hmm. I have tended to use those terms interchangeably but that may be sloppy usage on my part. Would you say that autists are a subcategory of frogs, or that they are overlapping categories? Definitions requested!

Can be used interchangeably, I suppose if you are both. But being a frog with dot connecting skills doesn’t necessarily make one an autist. Some of these autists are on a whole ‘nother level. My .02.
