The rest of the story is that the guy says something like, I could do a bank transfer to your account for a 1/2 million. Would you do it for a half million? She agrees that would work for her. Then he says how about $10K cash? She says what do you think I am, a who-re? He responds we both understand your business situation, now we're just negotiating the price.
