I spent about 3 years in America. That was over 20 years ago. The people, the vistas, the roads, the cars, the architecture, the food, but above all, the sheer scale of everything is mind blowing.
I saw a lot of those videos and agree, the choices are amazing. Until you look at the ingredients. Irish Hellmans Mayonnaise has 6 ingredients. Although I just noticed the bastards are now using 78% Rapeseed oil, it used to be olive oil. Won’t be buying that again.
The quality of food has degraded everywhere in recent decades, every company is in a race to the bottom to cut corners, bulk portions with crappy fillers and zero care for the consequences.
I hope JFK Jr really does Make America Healthy Again.
We are not enemies. We should stop behaving as such, this is what the cabal wants. Division.
My problem with modern food is this: I grew up when the big push was on to purchase all your meals out of a can or box instead of eating home cooked fare. I'm so used to a can of green beans that when I eat green beans grown in my garden, those beans seem to taste funny. Same with home cooked meals. It's just what I'm used to. Added ingredients make the meal more palatable, I guess. But I am wanting to grow old more healthy, thus I've been cutting out huge amounts of sugary products and laying off carbs. I do feel better, but my taste buds are begging me for some sugary relief. Kek.
I’m getting a great buzz from growing our own herbs, garlic, basil, oregano, rosemary etc. Watching a tonne of YT videos about seasoning, you can literally change the most blande shite into a meal fit for kings with the right seasoning.
Also started growing tobacco, which is a huge learning curve. Seeds are getting harder to find by the day in Europe, which tells you all you need to know.
Sugar is definitely our enemy, especially refined, it’s what feeds the parasites.

Same here. But for me it’s salt.
