I like this idea, but we definitely need to work on the quality of life in the trucking business. Its not just a job, its a lifestyle that isn't for everyone, and the companies aren't making it easier.
While that's true as well, we're also talking about companies willing to hire non- english speaking/understanding foreign drivers with little to no experience...
In other words, companies who are willing to send horrendous time bombs out on the road with innocent victims. I think the corporate veil should be pushed aside and responsible officers charged with being accomplices before the fact of any death by manslaughter that has occurred, with unlimited financial penalty (what is a life worth?) and throw-away-the-key incarceration.
I'm a hard-ass on this point. I saw on the inside how the 737 MAX MCAS disasters came about and how Boeing's first response was to blame the victims.
