China willingly played a role to steal the election? Or, the deep state in China made it happen but the White Hats knew?

In fact, what if China willingly went along with the release of the bioweapon from Fort Detrich? Or, the deep state in China made it happen but the White Hats knew?

What if China (i.e., those White Hats inside China) agreed to be the bogeyman to help expose the real bogeyman?

I'm just spitballing because it's the only way I can process the constant whiplash.
