I'm pretty sure I don't understand how a nation can wage full scale war with no army, navy, air force, ballistic missile capability, arms manufacturing, etc.
More likely a dog whistle to those bigger players that have been facilitating their BS to step in and cause more chaos. This current Iranian faction appears to have the ability to lob missiles at their neighbors, occasionally attack ships in the strait, not much else so let’s see if anything changes. I’m sure the DS would like to see attacks on American soil - especially before the midterms.
