They know it won’t stand. All they are doing is seeing how far left the courts will allow them to become. SCOTUS will strike this down, they will change something to where it won’t be as extreme and eventually it will be the new norm. Look no further than the tranny crap in girls lockers. Shit we thought would be impossible to happen is the norm nowadays.
