I would appreciate any leads that you could give to direct me towards this. I knew there was a stone cave in the city, but I cannot find much about many caves in china, although I know scattered across Asia there are many! Some with tunnels hundreds of feet high and wide.

Use False Flag meteor to grab the entire communications channels, cut the power supply to the internet, implement EBS via text or cable.
Use those 10 days to not only implement new system, but to do a massive OP on serving indictments, round ups, take-overs and the new Block Chain Voting system.
If I was a betting man, thats what I would bet on, solely because the crew is already together, why not play ball?
