Wow, what a fantastic read, thank you!
"If this kid wasn't 17 I'd swear he was white hat alphabet/SEAL/something."
"If this is how we're breeding Gen X, we can't lose."
From an anon on 8 kun, not mine, but I 100% agree with what this anon wrote. A few hours before I saw this I was just telling spouseanon that this was all too perfect, if I were going to pick a "poster child" to end the riots, it'd be this kid.
20 and back program
Saddly i dont think it matters. They are prosecuting him and will stack the jury with antifa blm. We are in the age of it doesnt matter how right and how caught on video it was.
Be ready to fight when they sentence him to life.
Just brainstorming here...
What if Trump issued him a pardon?
Bam.
He can only issue pardons to federal crimes is my understanding. So if its solely handled by the state there isnt much he can do. Its also why the corrupt SDNY Southern district NY courts keep trying to indict all his friends. If its tried there he cant pardon.
the president can pardon any criminal matter in any jurisdiction in the US.
the president can (even retroactively) provide diplomatic immunity to any person holding a US passport (an international pardon)
SDNY does what they do because they want him to legally pardon, but campaign on the bad optics of freeing his friends.
According to his posts on Twitter sandmans lawyer (Lin something or other) is doing everything he can to put a legal team together. So Kyle does have that going for him. Either way I agree hes in for some shit, but if this anons summations are correct, the kid knew the risks before he even got started.
ETA: Lin Wood.
Furthermore he added WWG1WGA to his twitter bio. IDK if this was recent, or if it was always there and just overlooked.
Trump will pardon him.
Incredible
Brilliant assessment.
Wow; you are so right. What if it is a white had operation? I already have the suspicion that white hats are controlling the dem party
I was admittedly undecided about this when this story broke, as there was a LOT of really bad information flying around. Given that we are a couple of days past the incident, the more I read about it gives me solace to think that this kid performed admirably. He was also there for the right reasons as well.
His gun discipline shows that he had been taught well. Obviously his dad hammered the rules of handling firearms in his head from an early age. He's also shot a lot, lots of practice, the kind of discipline that comes from lots of rounds. I would hope my kid would perform as well.
Now we get to see how this plays out on the legal side. Initially it appears there is some good legal defense that is being assembled on his behalf, so let's hope that all works out.
Last but not least, the analysis was excellent, thanks for putting that up here!
This was a great breakdown!! This kid performed great under extreme circumstances. He shot the dude in the arm as he was pulling a gun on him. That is such a difficult shot to pull off. It was like a real life john wick ?. He had real good discipline too.
