I think any time a U.S. based entity performs studies or tests/trials in a foreign country it deserves some further checking. It could be because the tests or methodologies are not ethical and can't be performed here. Africa has historically been a testing ground. There may not be anything wrong but it always peaks my interest. This one especially because I don't generally think of mental health issues being a priority in Africa with all the other diseases.

I would first look to see if things seem above board. As for digging, a good place to start is following the money. Also follow connections, where people went to school or who they previously worked with. Follow wives or spouses.
