Did Q ever actually say anything about elites eating babies? That's the most common description by detractors to scare people away, but as far as I know it's not directly from Q. Thoughts?

I dunno. Demons and the devil existing and pedophiles worshipping them through child sacrifices (potentially for power/adrenochrome) seems like the worst i can think of. The eating part would just be an effect of that if it exists.
