The suit looks black in the top picture but navy blue in the bottom picture. I think the suit color is the same across both pictures, just different lighting/distance from camera makes one picture seem a bit darker (the top one). That may be why the top picture looks like a purple-ish tie while the bottom one is blue.
I do think the outfit looks exactly the same, but tbh I'm not convinced there's anything significant going on here. He practically wears the same thing everyday (suit+tie), just switching tie/shoes each day. So I don't think it's too out of the norm.
Although at a certain point there are no "coincidences".
Edit: I don't mean POTUS wears the same suit day in and out, but I'd imagine he has dozens if not hundreds of suits that, without serious inspection, look identical.
Still, there are only three daytime outfits I can ever recall seeing POTUS wearing since he was inaugurated. He seriously doesn't seem to change it up at all as President.
Almost always it's the navy blue suit (with varying tie colors, mostly red or blue) with white shirt and black oxford shoes. White polo shirt with khakis when golfing. Or windbreaker, white shirt, khakis, and brown suede lugged work shoes when traveling to disaster areas and such.
(Then of course there's black tie or white tie for evening events.)
When he was doing TV, he wore different colors of suits, shirts, etc. But since taking office, has anyone seen him in a suit that wasn't navy blue?
Trump made a video on July 11th walking through walter reed with generals wearing a mask.

Last night Trump was heading off to walter reed hospital and made the twitter announcement.

He is wearing the exact same outfit as he was wearing when he was at walter reed last time. Same suit. Same tie. Same mask.
Look at him walking to marine one. Same outfit completely. So they could easily produce photos or videos from the prior shoot.
The twitter video was October 2nd.
He was wearing same tie, same shoot July 11th.
Marine one Photo mask, tie, jacket, 100% match.

That is not the same tie, close, but not quite. Furthermore, how hard would it be to simply change the tie?

True. Good point
I disagree. I do believe it's the same tie.
Violet, blue....the same I guess
Y'all could be on to something, sure.

Doesn't matter. This only ends one way. The sooner the better. Did you see this?
