You should also watch The Hunt for Red October entirely. The characters don't gloat. They analyze, decide, execute, perform. Efficiently and proficiently. And with style, like Scott Glenn's Capt Mancuso that Q likes so much. It's a million light years away from 4chan-style culture. Guess which one is more likeable for normal folks.
