These people have a sickness and do nothing normal with only one objective in life, more drugs by any means necessary. Most likely he was in some sort of drunken drug induced stupor and lost total control of the situation.
My alternate spy novel theory is that a suave inside asset was riding shotgun for the crackhead and instigated the drugged up drunken drop off whilst he was in a state of near blackout.
Someone on Twitter was saying the X-wife brought it in. I read the affidavit of a family friend as to what happened, and the tech repair guy said that he had an eye condition and couldn't tell for sure, but he thought it was Hunter.
My thought was how can this guy see the computer then?

This is well written I really found what you said interesting. Personally I think it makes sense to eventually humanize these people, like the Bidens, at some point and really try to understand the situation and what led them down their evil paths but we need to win first and I don't care if it needs to be at their great expense. They have made deals with Satan and are due the consequences. We can hold Trump's feet to the fire after he wins and not be satisfied with just taking down Biden, the whole thing needs to be taken down but Biden chose his path long ago and his fate is set, someone like Obama is not more evil than Biden, he's just more powerful, they both have the same evil ways about them. I don't think the public will ever know how this laptop got to the repair guy. It might come out in the trial, though.
