I got to a very low place in my life. I was depressed for a long time. I spent a lot of time researching everything I could get my hand on and noticed some patterns. Nikola Tesla talks about frequency and vibration. Dr. Masaru Emoto did experiments with water that prove that our emotions affect water. Our bodies are made up of mostly water so I started trying to raise my vibration by forcing myself to be happy. You know that feeling you get when you hug somebody and you just let go and melt into them? I would literally do that with a pillow. I would act like a kid and just be silly. I listened to Binaural beats and solfeggio frequencies in my headphones because I knew about vibration experiments with sand on a plate and how each frequency created a pattern. I knew about sacred geometry and noticed that most religions chant or use different sounds. Yes, music can be healing as Q asked in post #4827. Basically, I was trying to activate my Pineal Gland, and then all of a sudden I started having vivid dreams and everything slowed down. My emotions became easy to control and nothing seemed to bother me anymore. It was like the movie Limitless when the drugs kicked in. I was seeing two and three steps ahead and everything became clear. The synchronicities were so intense I thought I was going crazy. I started seeing 11:11 everywhere so I googled it and found out about spiritual awakening.
We live in a holographic universe [consciousness matrix]. Reality is created by our collective beliefs and fueled by our emotions. The universe is aware of what we are doing and what our intentions are.
This is a free-will planet so if we want help we need to ask. If you are religious pray, If you believe in something else ask for help. I used to talk to water before I drank it. I know it sounds silly but water has memory and it works. I also took Vitamin K2 because I heard that that helped decalcify our Pineal Gland. In the end, I think it was intent that had the most effect. Keep in mind that our brain is a receiver and our emotions are the dial that tunes it. Thinking positively is extremely important.
If you have never experienced synchronicity you will say it is subjective. If you have experienced it you would know without a shadow of a doubt that there is a higher intelligence controlling our actions. The influence of this higher intelligence is determined by our emotions. What made me look at the clock at exactly 11:11? What put me in exactly the right place at exactly the right time? My INSTINCTS did. Whatever vibration we resonate with is what "archetype" of intelligent energy we give control to. Think of it like a radio frequency. Every emotion is a station. Every station will guide us. If we allow ourselves to get angry we are giving control of our actions over to "Satan" or whatever name you have for that emotion. These emotions are intelligent. This is why some religions have different Gods. They understand each emotion has its own intelligence and a bigger agenda. This is a spiritual war [multi-dimensional]. If we do not control our emotions evil will cause us to do something that will set in motion a chain of events that we might not even realize is detrimental in this multi-dimensional war. We might block somebody that is giving us valuable information not realizing that that person was trying to give us information that would help us wake up. Evil needs us to remain asleep because the more of us that are unaware of how important our emotional state is the easier we are to control. Like Q said in Post #2788. "Emotionally unstable people are easier to CONTROL."
We are all puppets being controlled by our emotions. It is EXTREMELY important to control our emotions. Resonate with unconditional love [Jesus] and we will be guided to the best possible timeline [Heaven]. If we resonate with negative emotions we will resonate with Demons [Satan] and be guided to a timeline of suffering. [Hell] If we walk around in an emotionally unstable state we are unintentionally CREATING Hell on Earth. The law of attraction is very real. Our emotions and imagination have been highjacked by the Evil that has had control over this planet for thousands of years. It pushes fear and division for a very specific reason.
It is scientifically proven that negative emotions compress our DNA. This represses our cognitive abilities and keeps us in a lower state of consciousness. What we see [perceive] in the outside world is a projection of what we are feeling inside us. When we release all the negative energy and beliefs that have been conditioned in us, all that is left is unconditional love, and all we see in the outside world is beauty. This way of looking at things allows us to perceive the world from a higher perspective. This is ascension. We understand that we are Souls in a body and not a body with a soul. This shift in consciousness makes all the difference. It frees our mind from the prison this matrix has created and frees our spirit. "When does a bird sing?"
Q is a multi-dimensional awakening program inserted into this evil matrix designed to teach us to think for ourselves which will trigger a spiritual awakening. Many have been digging into this stuff for years. We are not your normal Souls. The average Soul has no interest in any of this stuff and is content with just following the crowd. We were guided to Q for a reason. We are the "Digital Soldiers" who are meant to wake up and change this world. I hope this story helps people understand that there is a next step in the awakening process and that the next step will only come if we DO THE WORK required to release all our negative emotions [Demons] and activate our Pineal Glands. When we fill our hearts [resonate] with Jesus [unconditional love] we see things from a whole new perspective. It is like something in our brain gets activated [pineal gland].
When enough of humanity resonates with this frequency of unconditional love the collective consciousness of the planet will make a sudden Quantum leap of awareness [harmonize]. The 100-monkey effect is a good example of this. You could call it an epiphany, rapture, or solar flash, there are many names for it. I was careful not to use the term 5D in the title of this post because apparently, that needs to be discussed on conspiracies dot win. ;)
In order for this leap to occur we need to stop arguing amongst ourselves. That is what prolongs this event. That is why the ones who understand what is happening are causing division right now. They are flooding countries with immigrants, funding different groups like BLM and Antifa, causing pandemics, and starting wars to try and sow division.
The Bible even talks about this time. Revelation 12:12 [numbers not a coincidence]
I think Vincent Price said it best "Woe to you, oh earth and sea For the Devil sends the beast with wrath because he knows the time is short"
Indeed the time is short. But nothing can stop what is coming. 5D consciousness is coming [Jesus]. Think mirror D5/5D.

Everything is conscious energy [God]. We are individual points of conscious energy [Souls]. Consciousness is awareness. Awareness is intelligence. When our energy resonates with this intelligence we are guided by it. Like Nikola Tesla said, "My brain is only a receiver, in the Universe there is a core from which we obtain knowledge, strength, and inspiration."
We resonate with this energy through our emotions. There is no good or bad there is only energy. God will help us accomplish whatever we want. "ask and you shall receive". There is however positive and negative energy. Unconditional love is positive and leads to bliss [Heaven]. Shame is negative energy and leads to suffering [Hell]. Jesus was an example of unconditional love. Unconditional love is the only way to ascend the 3D realm and end the reincarnation cycle.
Our Souls incarnate here to suffer. When we suffer we experience negative energy. We learn through experience. Without contrast, we would not understand. Without Hell, there would be no Heaven. If we are in a pure white room with a pure white chair that chair would be invisible, we need contrast to see it. So when I say there is no good or bad it is true. Souls who choose to suffer are choosing to learn. When we label them "Bad" we are choosing the "Eat from the tree of knowledge of Good and Evil" and we will surely die and start the reincarnation cycle again. When we choose to play the game of duality we are choosing to suffer. When we pick a side in a war we are labeling the other side as Evil and as soon as we do that we will become defensive and let negative emotions guide us. We will justify our negative actions because we think we are helping them, or saving someone. Each side of every war thought they were good and the other side was evil. They were playing the game. Just like the people who are going to downvote this post or call me names in the comment section. That negative emotion that gets triggered in them will guide them to lash out. Jesus suffered the ultimate sacrifice to give us an example of unconditional love by choosing to die on the cross and resist the urge to judge. He understood that the soldiers didn't understand what they were doing. Some can not even resist the urge to downvote.
When we do what the "new age" people call "shadow work" we release the inner trauma that has been conditioned in us from childhood and all those negative emotions [demons] get released. Once these negative false beliefs get released our Pineal Gland gets activated and we ascend [5D] to a higher dimension of consciousness. BUT WE HAVE TO DO THE WORK.
All action starts with belief. If we do not believe something we are not going to practice it. So when the bible says "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." that means if we don't believe we will not take action.
We take action by surrendering to unconditional love [Jesus] and letting that emotion fill our hearts. Do you know that feeling we get when we give somebody we love a hug and we just melt into them? That is the emotion we are trying to resonate with. I would literally hug a pillow and pretend it was someone I loved. Do whatever it takes to resonate with that emotion. If something in the outside world triggers us that is a sign that we are holding on to a false belief and need to release it. Force ourselves to see things from a positive perspective. Over time this will become a habit and we will begin to see the positive in everything.
